Trip Dates (2012)
We take volunteers all though the year. However, most volunteers tend to come to us during the regular school holiday periods (Easter, Summer & October half term) for 1-2 week placements. If you are able to volunteer outside of this busy period we would really appreciate this. We are also happy to accept volunteers for longer placements.
We normally take up to 10 volunteers per trip and the cost of transport (internal airport transfers and travel from Slatina to the adult institutions) is shared between all members of the group. Therefore, volunteer trip costs can vary (see " what it costs" page).
We are now recruiting for our summer 2012 trips and will be working in partnership with The Life Foundation throughout this period.
Our centre is closed over Christmas and our staff take annual leave so we are unable to take volunteers during this period.
